Using the website and client portal

These points explain use of the website and client portal. Project delivery is governed by a separate agreement with novaCode.

Enquiries and orders

Submitting the contact form is an enquiry, not an order or payment commitment. Scope, price, deadlines, payment schedule, hosting and delivery terms must be set out in a separate offer or agreement. Visiting the website or trying the demo does not commit you to a project.

Demo content

Public demos illustrate solutions we can develop. Names, progress and tasks are sample data. Demo actions do not create real projects or send messages to a project team.

Portal access

Use your own account and keep login details private. Only upload relevant content you have permission to share. Do not use the service for harmful, unlawful or unrelated content. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Messages and approvals

Portal messages are shared with users authorised for the project. This version does not automatically send them as emails. An approval records the content version, user and time. Review content and attachments before approving. Portal approval is not BankID signing. The effect of an agreement or delivery approval follows its specific wording and the agreement between the parties.
